All ideas, concepts, inventions, and developments underlying the Twincher technology, as well as the source code of the associated prototypes (in both C++ and Python), have been generated exclusively within an independent line of research conducted solely by Arkady Gonoskov since 2022. All resulting intellectual property is owned by Arkady Gonoskov in accordance with the applicable regulations governing Swedish universities under which he has been employed. None of the relevant research results have been published or otherwise publicly disclosed. A limited and specific portion of this intellectual property is currently the subject of a patent application filed with the Swedish Intellectual Property Office (Patent- och registreringsverket, PRV) under application number 2515415-4, Ref. P161034.SE-MKB.
